Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 days after the product has been received by customer.

  • Customer is required to share an image of the damaged product and a description of the damage along with Order No. from their E-mail id (which was used to place the order) at auditexcellencecentre@gmail.com or Whatsapp at - +91-9708791235

  • The exchange/refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive all the information as mentioned above and customer will be informed by email or Whatsapp.

  2. You will receive a response within 2 business days from our support team on your return query.

  3. We don’t have reverse pickup facility yet. You shall pack the product and deliver it to the address sent by us through any nearby courier agency. The cost of shipping shall be borne by the customer.

  4. Once we receive the product at our facility, we shall inform you the same and dispatch the fresh product as per your required size with no additional costs.

 

REASONS FOR RETURNS

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier company like:

  • No Pincode or Incorrect Pincode.

  • Wrong house number, street number , etc.,

the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. 

Cancellations – In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
